EC Pigments manufacture a wide range of azo and basic dye complex pigments used in a variety of applications including the production of printing inks, paint, plastic and artists' colours.

Technical centres are based in Stockport, UK and Fall River, USA. There are two manufacturing facilities in the UK at Stockport and Woolwich and one in Fall River, USA.

On December 29, 2006 Roma Color, Inc (trading as EC Pigments USA) and Magruder Color, LLC were legally merged to form EC Pigments USA, Inc.

Effective January 1, 2007, the operations of EC Pigments USA and Magruder will be managed as a single entity. This exciting combination will give each business access to different technologies and different approaches to pigment and pigment preparation compositions. From there we expect to see interesting new products emerge to give customers more cost effective organic colours.
